WHAT'S FOR DINNER!?

Hey guys,

I know it's been like forever since I popped in here. You know the drill, there's *insert excuse* and then there's *insert another excuse*, but honestly there's just work. We should talk more about it.

Rewinding 6 months back when I first began working as a waiter(pathetic I know), life was actually for once in a very long time worth looking forward to. It was definitely different from what I was used to and that is what's so amazing about it, it's unpredictable. And a little tiring, just a little, but still amazing. Meeting new co-workers are always fun and as much as fussy customers can really be a pain in the neck at times, some of them are so nice you want to hug them so tight they'd never leave. Best of all, I'm entitled to a 25% staff discount on all the cafe's food and drinks(OMG!!!) You've seriously gotta try their cakes! it's so @#$%^ good! Did I mention the superbulous view of Pangkor Island? BTW that's free.

Anyways, time as always, rudely barged into the picture and right now it's like I can't even remember the last time days were this dull. And to make things worst, fatigue is coming down hard on me. I swear I drag myself to work everyday(had my kicks all worn out, literally!) and that apparently breathtaking beachfront the cafe's located in, well it looks like shit to me now(I can't believe I just typed that! :O) To avert potential misunderstanding, this has nothing to do with the management or my designated working hours, or the fact that I've just been promoted to sous chef!(f*** yea! I do dishes) their completely fine and reasonable, it's just me, again. For an arguably nerdy kinda guy, I have a really short attention span, like Beau. He's my dog, love em' alot, at least I think I do. WHAAT! I'm running on sentence. On the brightside, dinner's still something to look forward to. THANK GOD!!! I just ate 3 packets of nasi lemak wtf!

I'm pretending to be unaware but my fellow co-workers are urging me to help with the closing through their weird and elaborated body language. Yay more dishes! Gotta run. Tomorrow's Labour Day if that's something to be hyped about, no day off though, there are never day offs.

More to come,
<3 leiwen

p/s HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNCLE T! in advance. And sorry for the invisible pictures, this IS a very rushed post.
