HELLO BEAUTIFUL READERS!!! It's been awhile. My trial exams which seemingly took forever has finally ended last Thursday. Sorry I couldn't make a post back then cause I might have been a little lazy, but mostly out of inspirations.
Right, so I'm gonna leave out the usual mumbo jumbo today and cut to the chase. Our NIE team won the state Top 5 for our mini magazine!!! And I have nothing but my awesome team mates to thank for. Aik's unique perspective on different parenting methods between the east and west have definitely captured the interest of the judges and Moses did an amazing job with the cover picture to complement it. I suddenly feel bad for contributing so little. Thank god I have talented friends!
I also want to snag this opportunity to thank my awesome friend Chan Hao Jie. He's been really helpful to me through-out this exam. He would unhesitatingly guide me through the questions I ask although teaching me can be a pain in the neck sometimes, especially when I can't seem to get whatever he's explaining into my mind. I guess I just wanna thank him for being patient and always there when I need him, academic wise at least. Ok this is starting to sound a little tacky. But seriously, you can text this guy a million questions and he will, and i mean will reply and answer every single one of them.
Yea, so I guess that's all. For now that is. I know it's a very very very short and condense post, do forgive me. I promise a much longer and elaborated one next time. Look out for more posts this month! I pledged to do at least 4, so that's 2 more to go. Man, this is starting to feel like a something I HAVE to do rather than something I WANT to.
